Getting Started with Finaccont

Set up your organization, chart of accounts, and first invoice in under 30 minutes.

Welcome to Finaccont. This guide walks you through account setup and your first invoice — most teams finish in under 30 minutes.

1. Verify your email and sign in

After registration, open the verification link in your inbox. Once verified, you land in onboarding to create your organization.

2. Complete onboarding

The wizard sets your chart of accounts, picks your starting plan, and can invite teammates. You can skip optional steps and return later.

3. Add your first customer

Go to Contacts and create a customer record. Import via CSV if you already have a list.

4. Send your first invoice

Open Sales → Invoices → New, add line items, preview the PDF, and send. Customers can pay and view via the client portal link.

5. Connect banking (optional)

Import a CSV statement under Banking to start reconciling transactions against your ledger.
